Tom and Pam, also known as “the Oley Baker,” will share their knowledge about all things bread-related in this tasty workshop. You’ll learn all about leavening, kneading, and baking, including how to create your own sourdough starter, and how to harvest yeast from the air.
$45 for each adult, $25 for school-aged children.
Clay on Main offers workshops about twice a month, exploring diverse topics. . Register at least one week prior to workshop to ensure enrollment. A full refund will be given for any cancelled workshops.
