Learn how to take an ordinary pair of socks and transform them into a sweet and silly stuffed toy. Crafting sock monkeys is a great way to re-use materials, practice your sewing skills, and let your imagination have free rein – there’s no such thing as a wrong sock monkey! Liz Wheeler, experienced sock-monkey-maker, will guide you through the process of creating the basic form; you’ll provide the flair.
Instructor: Liz Wheeler $40 + $10 materials fee
Clay on Main will be offering the following special one-day workshops throughout the season. The enrollment in the workshops is limited to allow hands-on activities; with a lot of one-to-one attention to insure that each individual reaches her/his full potential. Workshops run on Saturdays from 10:00 to 12:00 PM. Class size is limited.
