Slow Stitch or Meditative Stitching

Using simple stitches, create informal stitched work while meditating on a thought, problem, or just emptying the mind. This form of stitching can be used to slow down your day, calm anxiety, or work out emotional issues. The focus is on the stitching, not the end result. We will provide guidance and some beginning material.

Beginning Embroidery

Learn some basic embroidery stitches and some basic knowledge of fabric and thread types. Also how to create simple designs. Some basic materials will be provided for the first class.
