Description
Beginning January 24th, 6 weeks.
Students will create a stained glass sun-catcher and a fused glass ornament in this beginner – level class. We will explore basic techniques for working with glass, experiencing an overview of what the material has to offer. Techniques include:
Cutting: safe and effective use of tools
Foiling: attaching stained glass
Soldering: proper use of the soldering tool
Fusing: creation of fused glass item.
This 6 week class meets on Tuesdays from 7 to 9pm at Clay on Main; January 24th –February 28th.
Class size is limited. $210 fee includes a year-long membership with Clay on Main, as well as all materials. $175.00 for members
