$275 per teen, 10 students limited enrollment
Ages 14-17
This art intensive is for teens interested in pursuing a variety of skills in the arts and to give time for artistic development. Students will learn the basics of art theory, some background in art history, and various art-making practices such as collage, painting, mosaic, fused glass, polymer clay sculpture, zine making, drawing, and photography. Each day will focus on an area of art making and ask students to engage with questions of aesthetics, artistic intent, and the greater art historical canon.
