Tom and Pam, also known as “the Oley Baker,” will share their knowledge about all things bread-related in this tasty workshop. You’ll learn all about leavening, kneading, and baking, including how to create your own sourdough starter, and how to harvest yeast from the air. Plan to sample some of their wares accompanied by butter and cheese from Valley Milkhouse. If you’re into bread, you should also look at our Bread Baker workshop as well!
