Schedule a private crafting party today!

Clay on Main is happy to announce the addition of private crafting parties to our repertoire.

Creating arts and crafts is a wonderful way to spend time with friends and family.  Clay on Main can schedule a time for your group to come out to our studio, where our skilled instructors will guide you through a simple and fun activity.  In addition to enjoying some good company, you and your guests will learn and new skill and get to take home a beautiful handmade work of art.  We can work in ceramics, fused glass, and felt, so you can choose the medium that suits you best.  The fee is $20 per person for the two-hour session ($100 minimum), and includes materials.  Call or email to schedule: clayonmain@gmail.org or 610-987-0273.

New Glass Class Available!

We’ve got a brand new class to offer!

If you’ve always wanted to try out GLASS, whether it be fused or stained glass, this is the perfect starter package.  This class is geared towards the beginner, with an introduction into two methods of working.  In four sessions you can expect to gain a better understanding of how to assemble a stained glass sun catcher as well as a simple fused glass piece.  Check out the details, including start date (November 15th, don’t wait!) and class price HERE.

New fused glass workshops this spring

Clay on Main received a rural arts grant from the Berks Community Foundation to provide art opportunities for rural Berks County residents.  Our first workshop was held at the Boyertown Multi-Service. Over 30 residents came out to our first intergenerational art event. More workshops throughout Berks County are planned for the spring.
