Max has been both student and instructor at Clay on Main, now bringing her expertise to the world of glass in the form of classes. As well as an accomplished craftsperson, Max also volunteers, helping local schools with their theatre department productions. Quiet and reserved, we’ve found that Max is always full of surprises!
I got into stained glass about 30 years ago when we were building our home. I wanted to have some stained glass windows, but they were pretty expensive to have custom made, so I figured “I could do that”! So I did, and that started a long love affair with anything glass. I started doing fused glass 7 years ago after retiring from 32 years in the needlecraft business, it was a natural fit.
